Maximum Payday Loan Amount
The maximum loan amount for Michigan residents is $600.
Payday Loan Terms
For a Check 'n Go online loan the minimum loan term is 10 days
and the maximum loan term is 31 days.
For a Check 'n Go store location the minimum loan term is 7 days and the maximum loan term is 30 days.
Only one loan is permitted at Check 'n Go, whether online or at a store.
If the total amount due on a loan is paid through an ACH, Michigan state law requires
that Check 'n Go keep the loan open in the state database until one of the following
occurs: 4 days have elapsed since the ACH effective date or the customer provides
proof that the ACH has cleared his or her bank account (“proof of debit”), at which
time Check 'n Go will close the loan in the state database.
A proof of debit may be supplied by faxing us a copy of your online bank statement
showing the last payday loan payment clearing your account. When faxing make sure
the fax has your name, positive bank balance after the debit, and at least the last 4
digits of the bank account number clearly visible
Check 'n Go currently does not offer extensions in the state of Michigan. Therefore loans in the state of Michigan must be paid off on their due date.
