Store Manager, Ashley, likes the customer interaction most about her job. The Santa Maria team recalls several stories about helping customers, from paying an unexpected expense, repairing their car or helping them get through an emergency. One customer really stood out to them this year. Beth* came to the store and began to talk about how the storms in the area caused a lot of damage to her home and she needed to replace her roof. She recently lost her husband, was on her own and had no idea where she was going to find the money to replace the roof. A good friend of hers recommended that she visit Check `n Go. Beth and the entire store were thrilled when she was approved for the amount that would pay for her roof.
