As a Check `n Go Customer Service Representative, each day means bringing a new solution to customers. That’s what Cara, who works at our online call center, likes best about her job. She’s nearing her one year anniversary with Check `n Go and likes working with customers and taking the time to get to know their needs so that they have a good experience. She feels great when she’s built a relationship with the customer and they personally thank her for helping them through the loan process.
Cara thinks this friendly service keeps them coming back, along with the convenience and ease of the online application. She is a working mom and knows first-hand that it can be hard to get to a store when they are open. She is happy to be there and offer this convenience to customers.
Cara says, “It is important to take the time with each customer and make sure all their needs are met so that they do not need to call back.” One customer she was able to help stands out to her. She took the time to understand the customer’s needs and found out that they had a bill due very soon. She stayed on the line with the customer, worked with the bank and made sure everything was in place so that she could help the customer get the funds they needed quickly. The customer was so appreciative that Cara took the time to help her personally.
As a mom, a lot of Cara’s time outside of work is spent with her two girls. She’s involved in the PTA at her oldest daughter’s school and loves participating in both girls’ activities. She also loves to travel, even if it’s a quick weekend trip or a week in New York City. She wants to see the world and wants her girls to see the world. She says, “You never know what the world has to offer if you stay in your bubble.”
