Ivette, the manager of our Check `n Go location in Oceanside, CA, has an opinion about why customers keep coming back. “Friendly, personalized service,” she says without hesitation.

Each day at Oceanside begins with the process of making sure the store is ready to receive customers. Once customers start to arrive, Ivette and Rossy, the store’s customer service representative, work hard to provide them with the financial solutions they need. Ivette adds, “We want them to know that they are in good hands.”

That level of caring extends to customers away from the store as well. When they’re not serving customers in person, Ivette and Rossy answer questions and stay in touch by phone. “We want to remind customers who don’t currently have a loan that we’re here to help if a situation should arise,” Ivette explains. “We also make calls that benefit customers who currently have an active loan.”

For the small but mighty Oceanside team, serving customers is more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to help people. Ivette sums it up this way: “What I like most is being able to provide solutions for customers who are in financial need – and build up a relationship that makes them feel good. I want them to know that I care about them as a person and not just as a transaction.”
