The loan agreement will be governed by Chapter 13-08-01 of the North Dakota Century Code. Questions or complaints should be directed to the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutions.
MAXIMUM LOAN AMOUNT
The maximum loan amount for North Dakota residents is $500.
PAYDAY LOAN TERMS
For a Check `n Go online loan the minimum loan term is 7 days and the maximum loan term is 45 days. Only one loan is permitted at Check `n Go.
EXTENSIONS
Extensions are not currently offered in North Dakota.

Check `n Go Online is not a direct lender in Texas, where instead it acts in the capacity as a Credit Services Organization in conjunction with third-party lenders.

All times and dates are based on Eastern Time (ET). Check `n Go and third-party lenders may, at their discretion, verify application information by using national databases that may provide information from one or more national credit bureaus, and Check `n Go or third-party lenders may take that into consideration in the approval process.

We do not report credit in Texas.
