1. What is the Check ‘n Go Refer-a-Friend program?

It’s a program that rewards you when you refer friends and family to Check ‘n Go. When a friend or family member you’ve referred becomes a Check ‘n Go customer, you can earn a $50 Tango Card reward. The value of the reward can be redeemed by visiting Tango.com. Think of Tango.com as a “virtual gift card shopping mall” where you can purchase digital gift cards of top retailers – Amazon, Target, Best Buy, Starbucks, and more.

2. How does the Refer-a-Friend program work?

Note: You will receive a Reward Email for any of your qualified referrals within 15-20 days from when your friend became a new customer with Check ‘n Go. This Reward Email will contain your instructions for redeeming your gift card reward.

3. How many people can I refer?

As many as you like! Just keep in mind that you can only be awarded up to a maximum of $500 ($50 per qualified referral) during a 12-month period under the Program’s Terms and Conditions. To qualify for a reward, each referral you make must be a NEW Check ‘n Go customer

5. How do I track my referrals?

Just visit the Check ‘n Go Refer-A-Friend page refer.checkngo.com and click the “See rewards status” link. We’ll send you an update via email showing how many referrals you’ve made and how much you’ve earned from the program.

6. How will my friend know that I am referring them?

The email you send to your friends comes from your email address. In the email, there will be detailed instructions telling your friend how to become a Check ‘n Go customer.

7. Once I earn a referral, when will I receive my reward?

We fulfill rewards after 15-20 days, assuming your friend hasn’t rescinded his or her loan – so after your friend gets a new loan with Check ‘n Go, you will receive a Referral Reward email within 20 days for you to redeem your Tango Card reward. 8. How do I know when I’ve earned a reward?

Once your friend has completed the requirements for a new loan with Check ‘n Go, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to redeem your $50 Tango gift card reward.

9. I accidentally deleted my reward email. Can it be re-sent?

Yes, of course. Just send an email to support@extole.com, and we will re-send your reward to you via email. Make sure to supply us with the email address you used when you joined the Refer-a-Friend program.

10. What if I do not receive a reward after referring a friend who gets a loan with Check ‘n Go?

Please send an email to customerservice@checkngo.com with the email address you used to register for the program. In this email, please send us the email address of your friend and we will look for the referral in our system.

11. How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

Each email we send should contain an “unsubscribe” link that you can click on to let us know that you want to unsubscribe. Or you can unsubscribe by sending an email to support@extole.com, along with your email address, and asking to be unsubscribed
