1. What is the Check `n Go Refer-a-Friend program?
Refer-a-Friend gives you a way to earn rewards when you refer friends and family to Check `n Go. When someone you’ve referred gets a qualified loan from us, you can earn a $50 eGift card. Earn unlimited rewards! The more people you refer, the more rewards you can earn.
Enter your email address, so we will know where to send your rewards.
Enter the email addresses of those you are referring.
Click SEND EMAIL. The people you refer will receive an email with information about Check `n Go.
You’ll earn a $50 eGift card if a person you refer:
is new to Check `n Go
applies for a loan using the same email address that you entered for them
gets a qualified loan or cash advance and
makes their first loan payment
3. How many people can I refer?
As many as you like! There’s no limit to the number of rewards you can earn. Your referrals just need to meet all the requirements.
4. Who is eligible to participate in the Refer-a-Friend program?
You must be over 18 years of age and a resident of the U.S. to earn a reward.
Employees of Check `n Go or any of its affiliates are not eligible.
The Refer-a-Friend program is not available in California.
5. How will my friends know that I am referring them?
They will receive an email with information about Check `n Go and how to apply. Within the email, we’ll also ask them to apply using the email address you used to refer them. We’ll use that information to link the referral back to you.
6. When will I receive my reward?
You should receive a reward confirmation email for a referral 15-20 days after all the conditions are met. This reward confirmation email will contain instructions for redeeming your $50 eGift card. See Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions for program details.
7. I referred a friend who got a loan from Check `n Go over a month ago. Why haven’t I received my reward confirmation email?
In some cases, a referral may not qualify for a reward. This can happen for several reasons. For example, the person you referred may not be a new Check `n Go customer, or they may have decided not to go through with the loan. If more than 20 days have passed and you still think you should have received a reward, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the email address you used to register for the program and the email address you used to refer your friend. To ensure your privacy, we do not share or sell your email information or your friend’s email information.
8. Are there any special restrictions or rules for the Refer-a-Friend program?
This program has a simple set of rules to make sure the program is used as it should be. Some of the rules are:
You may earn one (1) reward for each valid new customer referred who meets all the requirements.
You may not participate in the Refer-a-Friend program where doing so would be prohibited by law or regulations.
You may not obtain referrals through spam or unsolicited emails to persons you don’t know.
We do not guarantee delivery time on any rewards earned, nor do we guarantee receipt of any rewards.
