How do I create an online user name and password?

Your online username and password are established as you submit your online application. Your username is the email address you provide when you apply for your online loan with Check ‘n Go. You can then use the email address and password when you visit our site to check your loan application status, view loan documents or accept and e-sign an open loan contract. To get a Check ‘n Go online loan in the future, log in using the same email address and password in order to speed the loan application process. This feature is for online loans; it is not available for store loans.

What do I do if I’m a returning customer, and I’ve lost my password?

Just click the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the “Log In to Your Account” area on the homepage and enter your email address. We will send you an email containing a link that will return you to the page to create your account password.

How do I update my address information?

To make changes to your address and personal information login to your account with your email address and password, modify personal information, and save changes to submit change request. You will receive an email at your email address provided notifying you of changes to your profile information.

How do I update my SSN?

How will I be notified of changes made to my account?

Once changes have been submitted to your profile you will receive a confirmation message both onscreen and at the email address attached to your account.

How do I update my security question and answer?

To make changes to your security question and answer on file, login to your account with your email address and password, make modifications, and save changes to submit change request. You will receive an email at your email address provided notifying you of changes to your profile information.

Why do I need to establish a security question and answer?

The security question and answer is created to allow you to gain access to your email address on file if you have forgotten your email address to access your account.

How do I update my password?

To update your password simply select the forgot password link next to the password text box. You will be asked for the email address on your account. We will then send you an email with a link that will direct you to create a new password for your account.

How do I update my email address?

To update your email address click on the update email address link and we will ask you to enter the old email address, enter the new email address and confirm the new email address. At the time you submit the change, you will be logged out and asked to log in with the new information.

Why do I need to complete all of this personal information, like Social Security Number and direct deposit, for an online payday loan?
