My Account

How do I create an online user name and password?

Your online username and password are established as you submit your online application. Your username is the email address you provide when you apply for your online loan with Check ‘n Go. You can then use the email address and password when you visit our site to check your loan application status, view loan documents or accept and e-sign an open loan contract. To get a Check ‘n Go online loan in the future, log in using the same email address and password in order to speed the loan application process. This feature is for online loans; it is not available for store loans.

What do I do if I’m a returning customer, and I’ve lost my password?

Just click the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the “Log In to Your Account” area on the homepage and enter your email address. We will send you an email containing a link that will return you to the page to create your account password.

How do I update my address information?

To make changes to your address and personal information login to your account with your email address and password, modify personal information, and save changes to submit change request. You will receive an email at your email address provided notifying you of changes to your profile information.

How do I update my SSN?

For security purposes we ask that you contact one of our customer support specialists to make necessary changes to the Social Security Information provided. You can reach a Customer Support Specialist via email at customerservice@www.checkngo.com or phone 1-800-723-7022.

How do I update my name?

How do I change my bank information?

For security purposes we ask that you contact one of our customer support specialists to make necessary changes to your employment and bank information. You can reach a Customer Support Specialist via email at customerservice@www.checkngo.com or phone 1-800-723-7022.

How will I be notified of changes made to my account?

Once changes have been submitted to your profile you will receive a confirmation message both onscreen and at the email address attached to your account.

How do I update my security question and answer?

To make changes to your security question and answer on file, login to your account with your email address and password, make modifications, and save changes to submit change request. You will receive an email at your email address provided notifying you of changes to your profile information.

Why do I need to establish a security question and answer?

The security question and answer is created to allow you to gain access to your email address on file if you have forgotten your email address to access your account.

How do I update my password?

To update your password simply select the forgot password link next to the password text box. You will be asked for the email address on your account. We will then send you an email with a link that will direct you to create a new password for your account.

How do I update my email address?

To update your email address click on the update email address link and we will ask you to enter the old email address, enter the new email address and confirm the new email address. At the time you submit the change, you will be logged out and asked to log in with the new information.

How does Check ‘n Go protect my personal information and privacy?

We respect our customers’ desire for privacy in managing their personal financial matters. We will treat your personal information accordingly. Click Privacy Policy to learn more. Also, we want you to know that we respect your privacy whenever we need to contact you. If we need to call you, we will volunteer our company name only when talking to you personally. Online, we use advanced security measures like VeriSign and 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your data.

Why do I need to complete all of this personal information, like Social Security Number and direct deposit, for an online payday loan?

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: when you open a payday loan account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask you to fax your driver’s license documents.

Is my transaction confidential?

The financial transaction is a confidential one between you and our company, and we will treat your personal information accordingly. Email Preference Changes

How do I unsubscribe from email newsletters?

To unsubscribe from an email newsletter select the newsletter and click on the unsubscribe box. To sign up to receive this newsletter again in the future simply access your Email Preferences and select the newsletter for subscription.

How do I change my preferred format for newsletters?

To change your preferred format, simply check or uncheck the box next to the HTML statement. Then click the update button. This will change the format of your emails.

Customer Notice: Payday Loans are typically for two-to four-week terms (up to six months in IL). Some borrowers, however, use Payday Loans for several months, which can be expensive. Payday Loans (also referred to as Payday Advances, Cash Advances, Deferred Deposit Transactions/Loans) and high-interest loans should be used for short-term financial needs only and not as a long-term financial solution. All times and dates are based on Eastern Time (ET). Check `n Go and third-party lenders may, at their discretion, verify application information by using national databases that may provide information from one or more national credit bureaus, and Check `n Go or third-party lenders may take that into consideration in the approval process.

We do not report credit in Ohio, Texas or Illinois.
