Jonathan has been a part of our Customer Service Team since 2013. We interviewed him in 2014 and wanted to check in to see where he is now. See his 2014 interview here.
Jonathan is still passionate about his job as a Customer Service Representative. In his 2014 interview, Jonathan said, “I’m looking forward to moving up within the company.” Because of his hard work and dedication, we are happy to report that Jonathan has been promoted to a Customer Service Representative II. This means that he’s taken on some supervisor duties, develops and trains Customer Service Representatives and steps in to help with challenges.
His manager, Tilli, says, “Jonathan is a key player on our team. He is always willing to help train new hires, answer questions on the floor and coach and develop agents. He has been involved in many key projects, such as our initiative to rewrite Customer Service procedures. Jonathan has also been selected to help another department with testing and is learning our reporting system. Not only is Jonathan consistently a top performer in our department, he goes above and beyond to help our team be the best we can be!”
And the feeling is mutual for Jonathan. He says, “The people I work with is the best part of my job.” He likes the family environment that the team has created. It makes it fun to go to work to spend the day with his work family.
Not only is Jonathan there for his team, he enjoys being there for his customers. He says, “The friendly service that we provide gives our customers an excellent experience and keeps them coming back if they need us.” He likes that the online call center is easily accessible to customers and provides them with the convenience to apply for a loan from home.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys listening to and making music as he first explained in the 2014 interview. He says he mostly creates Reggeaton music, but likes a little bit of everything. He’s done some recording and shows here in the United States and in the Dominican Republic.
