CFSA members represent more than half of the payday lending industry. By abiding by the CFSA Payday Advance Customer Bill of Rights, members pledge to you:
- Courteous and professional service
- Unconditional financial privacy and identity security
- A full, written disclosure of all fees associated with your payday loan
- The right to rescind your loan within one (1) business day of accepting the service
- The right to decline any offer of additional payday loans upon the repayment of the initial loan
In addition, the CFSA enhances your payday loan experience further by issuing thirteen Best Practices; industry standards that all CFSA approved members pledge to uphold in both their retail and online businesses. These Best Practices include, but are not limited to, full disclosure, truthful advertising, encouraging consumer responsibility, and display of the CFSA seal. These Best Practices make sure that you, the consumer, feel secure in your experience and have the best service possible.
